These general terms and conditions are binding. They are based on Swiss law and apply within Switzerland. By ordering the goods, the buyer declares that he has taken note of and accepted the GTC. Note on shade deliveries<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Color shades, mixing and post-mixing must be checked before application. Slight differences in color shade are possible due to the raw materials used. In the color area, the shades are produced as accurately as possible according to the available samples. Gloss level and texture difference (sample or color chart compared to the object) can lead to certain color tone differences. Claims for compensation due to color shade inaccuracy or color shade confusion cannot be asserted after processing. Special out- and remixes cannot be taken back.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note on glaze shades<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The color tone and thus also the color perception are very strongly dependent on the wood substrate. For this reason, we would like to point out that in the case of glaze shades, a sample made on the customer’s wood should always be produced and this should also be approved by the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms of delivery and payment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All orders are accepted on the basis of the following terms and conditions. executed.<\/span><\/p>\n

By placing orders, the customer accepts these terms of delivery and payment. Additional verbal agreements require written confirmation to obligate the supplier.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries in Switzerland: If the invoice amount reaches Fr. 500, all articles shall be delivered carriage paid to the domicile; if the price is less than this, likewise in the case of postal consignments, the freight shall be invoiced separately. For resellers, the franc limit is 300 liters per delivery. For deliveries by own vehicle or by transport companies, a flat-rate freight charge of Fr. 40.- per shipment will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries abroad: minimum purchase quantity in consultation with our sales department.<\/span><\/p>\n

Damage in transit: All goods travel for the account and at the risk of the buyer. Transport damage (such as shortage, breakage, damage, etc.) must be claimed by the recipient on the day of delivery to the relevant transport company.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.      <\/span><\/p>\n

Invoices are payable net within 30 days from the date of the invoice. In the event of late payment, after prior notice of default, interest on arrears will be charged from the due date.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.      <\/span><\/p>\n

The supplier warrants the proper composition of the delivered goods and their suitability for the expressly warranted purpose. No extensive liability is assumed, in particular for defects resulting from the application.<\/span><\/p>\n

Immediately recognizable defects can only be claimed before the goods are used or mixed, at the latest 8 days after receipt. Any notices of defects shall not release the customer from compliance with the terms of delivery and payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.      <\/span><\/p>\n

A duly made and justified notice of defects obligates the supplier (with due consideration of the interests of the purchaser) to grant a price reduction, rectification or exchange and, if necessary, to take back the goods. Claims for damages can be asserted in the case of property damage up to the value of the goods at the most.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.      <\/span><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty period shall be one year. Within this period, the defect may be notified at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Claims for damages due to defects of the goods shall become statute-barred one year after their processing by the Buyer. However, these claims for compensation can only be asserted if the processing takes place within 6 months after receipt of the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

All events and facts beyond the supplier’s influence and control shall be considered as force majeure and shall release the supplier from any warranty liability and delivery obligation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Remarque sur les livraisons des teintes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Les teintes, les pr\u00e9m\u00e9langes et les post-m\u00e9langes doivent \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s avant l’application. De l\u00e9g\u00e8res diff\u00e9rences de teinte sont possibles en raison des mati\u00e8res <\/span>premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es. Dans la gamme de couleurs, les nuances de couleurs sont produites aussi pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment que possible en fonction des \u00e9chantillons disponibles. Le <\/span>degr\u00e9 de brillance et la diff\u00e9rence de structure (motif ou carte de couleurs par rapport \u00e0 l’objet) peuvent entra\u00eener certaines diff\u00e9rences de teinte. Apr\u00e8s le traitement, <\/span>il est impossible de faire valoir des droits \u00e0 des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats en raison d’une impr\u00e9cision ou d’une confusion de teintes. Les pr\u00e9m\u00e9langes et postm\u00e9langes <\/span>sp\u00e9ciaux ne peuvent pas \u00eatre renvoy\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Remarque sur les produits teint\u00e9s<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

La teinte et ainsi la perception de la couleur d\u00e9pendent fortement du support en bois. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous tenons \u00e0 souligner que, en ce qui concerne <\/span>les produits teint\u00e9s, un \u00e9chantillon r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur le bois du client doit toujours \u00eatre produit puis approuv\u00e9 par le client.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conditions de livraison et de paiement<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

1. toutes les commandes sont accept\u00e9es ou trait\u00e9es sur la base des conditions suivantes. En passant une commande, le client accepte les pr\u00e9sentes conditions <\/span>g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de livraison et de paiement. 2 Livraisons en Suisse : si le montant de la facture atteint 500 CHF, tous les articles seront livr\u00e9s franco domicile ; s’il est inf\u00e9rieur, de m\u00eame pour les envois <\/span>postaux, le fret sera factur\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment. Pour les revendeurs, le seuil de livraison gratuite s’\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 300 liters par livraison. Pour les livraisons avec un v\u00e9hicule <\/span>propre ou par des entreprises de transport, une participation aux frais de transport de 40 CHF sera factur\u00e9e par envoi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dommages dus au transport: Toutes les marchandises sont transport\u00e9es aux frais et risques de l’acheteur. Les dommages dus au transport (tels que <\/span>d\u00e9fauts, bris, avaries, etc.) doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9s par le destinataire le jour de la livraison aupr\u00e8s de l’entreprise de transport concern\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n
